T&C Group’s CEO, Tanya Bell Mckinzie, is a former practicing litigator, labor and employment attorney, general counsel and corporate CEO. Tanya is a strategist and solution-finder. She has developed and led strategic and implementation plans, landscape studies, and various reports for organizations and companies to help drive results. She has also developed event strategy for companies, organizations and promoters, large and small. While also being cognizant of limited budgets for nonprofit organizations, Tanya has provided coaching and facilitated strategic planning sessions for smaller nonprofits.
